SHIPPING
Emerald & Ash ships all orders using Canada Post.
You can expect your delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on location.
Orders made between Tuesday and Friday will ship within the same business day. Weekend and Monday orders will ship the following Tuesday.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis, within 30 days of the original purchase. All tags and original packaging must be on the product in order for it to be considered for a return or exchange. Garments worn or washed will NOT be eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer.
All sale or clearance items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
